A tree rose, rootstock ~24" tall. Rouge is a vine that grows to 10 ft tall on a fence or arbor. It has small pink flowers with a diameter of 1.5", however, it blooms repeatedly through seasons in clusters with large number of flowers, slightly fragrant.
