Shipping & Ordering Information
Our Inventory and Order Processing We do not pre-sell items we don't have. All the rose plants listed in our webstore are available (unless indicated otherwise) for shipping asap. Typically it takes us about one week to prepare the order, and, in most cases, would take 2-5 days for the package to travel to destination. Therefore, in total it would take no more than two weeks for customers to receive the package after orders have been placed with payment. Customers can also indicate a later date for shipping at checkout if there are concerns for weather, vacation, etc.
Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all continental US orders of $150 or more after any promotional discounts have been applied. (Currently we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or other non-Continental territories.) Orders under $150 will be charged a $15 flat shipping fee.
How our Roses Arrive Most of our roses range from 1 to 10 gallons in size. For shipping, we take out the rootball from existing pot and wrap the rootball with plastic bag. It is an economic and convenient way for shipping various sizes of plants; our experinece has shown that this is a highly successful method for shipping these plants.
To avoid dry-up of plants during shipping, we may trim some leaves and branches before shipping.
When the roses have been received, they should be planted as soon as possible in pots or in already-prepared ground with minimum disturbance to the rootball. Water them thouroughly and keep them under partial shade for about 2 weeks for acclimation.
