Our Guarantee

Hillside Rose Farm are committed to sending you healthy and correct variety rose plants.  We offer a conditional, 3-month live warranty from the date of shipping.  If your rose does not survive within this period, please send us a warranty request via our Live Chat, including photos and description of how the plant has failed.  If warranty request is approved, we will send you full refund excluding shipping cost and taxes.

The variety guarantee is valid for as long as you own the plant.  However, please note that the rose color and form could vary significantly depending on local climate, age/size of the plant, stage of flowering, etc.

Terms and Conditions

Our live warranty does not cover for the following circumstances:

• Severe weather conditions including winter freeze damage
• Improper care such as over or under watering, fertilizer burn, insufficient sunlight, compacted soil
• Damages by fungi (powdery mildew, black spots, etc) and pests
