Refund & Return Policy
We select only high-quality plants and carefully package them for shipping to you. However, if the roses arrive damaged to an extent beyond possibility of recovery, please take a picture and contact us at support@hillsiderosefarm.com and we will reship you the varieties that were damaged or refund you. Please note that branches could be broken during shipment but they often regrow into a normal plant.
Please also note that roses are perishable and we do not accept returns or exchanges after shipping. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
