A tree rose, rootstock ~26" tall. A beautiful cut rose with wavy, lace-like petals, its color changing from lavender to greyish depending on conditions. Repeat flowering over multiple seasons with strong rose-lemon mixed fragrance. Libellula initially grows relatively slow, but once the root system established it grows reasonably fast.
