A tree rose, rootstock ~28". This unique shrub rose was developed in honor of the great French Impressionist painter Oscar Claude Monet. Its flowers have yellow and pink stripes on the petals (as if a paint brush has swiped them over). Nice medium fragrance, heat and disease resistant.
