An upright shrub rose 3 ft tall with few thorns, City Centre has bigh, tall cup-shaped pink flowers (3-4 inch diameter) with some green on the outermost petals, very unique. The petals are thick and durable with long flowering period ~15 days. Reasonable heat and disease resistance.
